Regarding disciplinary committee role in disciplinary process, some trainers point out that the HR can chair the committee and state that the HR should be the one to communicate the decision of the committee to the employee. During the training I picked that, this is unfair. What happens in a situation where the organization has leadership teams who can chair the meeting however are not well versed to the decision making especially communicating the feedback ( what should be included on the letter to the employee). should the HR draft and send the chair to send to the employee?
