The training was very informative and interactive. I gained practical experience and knowledge of how to prepare and conduct strategic board presentation with specific focus on the board/stakeholder's interest and type of reporting. The types of board reporting further reinforced my current way of reporting and provided me with an improvement platform to make my future reports comprehensive and visually presentable to the board so that I win their buy-in on HR Initiatives that are aligned to organizational strategic goals and objectives.
